- Any client information provided will not be divulged to anyone outside Aristross Cleaning and Maintenance services except with the clients permission.
- To receive a response to any complaint within seven working days
What we can expect from you
- To treat our employees politely and with respect
- To be punctual for all appointments to let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Otherwise a fee may be charged or deposit forfeited.
- To provide feedback when required and notify us immediate if you are unhappy with any service you have received.
